This report outlines how Linesight continues to integrate responsibility across our people, governance and environmental practices, as the business grows in scale and complexity. Our approach remains focused on building strong foundations while supporting long term value for our clients. Across all areas, the emphasis is on disciplined progress rather than short term change, ensuring our actions are credible, transparent, and aligned with our operating principles.

People and culture remain central to how we deliver quality and build trust. During the reporting year, we enhanced our people framework through clearer leadership accountability, a more consistent global structure for roles, and expanded learning and development initiatives. These changes support transparent career pathways, global mobility, and capability building at every career stage. We continued to invest in well-being, engagement and inclusive practices, using structured feedback, independent benchmarking and employee led initiatives, to better understand lived experience and guide improvement. Together, these efforts aim to support a consistent, people-centred experience across regions.

Governance continues to underpin delivery excellence and operational resilience. We strengthened quality systems, maintained and updated ISO certifications, and reinforced governance across areas such as risk management, digital transformation, supplier engagement, and data security. During the year, we progressed a double materiality assessment to better understand impacts, risks, and opportunities across our activities and value chain. This work will inform future strategy and disclosures. Continued investment in business intelligence and digital capability supports clearer decision making, stronger oversight, and consistent delivery in a changing client and regulatory environment.

Environmental responsibility focuses on credible data, recognised standards, and continuous improvement. Our near term emissions reduction targets were approved by the Science Based Targets initiative and are aligned to a 1.5°C pathway, providing an evidence-based reference for our approach. We strengthened emissions reporting, maintained environmental management certification in our largest regional offices, and continued to improve data quality across energy, travel, and supplier activity. Driven by our commitment to lead by example, we are proud to see a continued reduction of 9% in environmental impact per employee (mtCO2e/employee) from the previous year. Our progress this year represents a meaningful step forward and helps prepare the organisation for a future climate transition.

By strengthening governance, investing in our people, and taking a disciplined approach to environmental performance, Linesight remains focused on responsible growth and delivering certainty for our clients in an evolving global environment.
