During the reporting year, Becky Savikas was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening leadership and accountability across our people strategy. Becky brings more than 25 years of experience in senior HR leadership, with extensive expertise in supporting global organisations through growth, change, and increasing complexity.

In her role, Becky is focused on building consistency across how we develop, support, and engage our people, aligned to the priorities outlined in this report. Her experience leading performance management, workforce planning, leadership development, and inclusive practices supports a more integrated and transparent approach to people management. This appointment reinforces our commitment to strong governance, clear ownership, and a people‑centred culture as Linesight continues to evolve.
